Let your child’s voice come alive this summer through music, creativity, and fun!

Inspired by the beloved musical The Sound of Music, this exciting summer program for children ages 6–14 introduces young singers to healthy vocal technique, music literacy, and the joy of choral singing in an encouraging and engaging environment.

Over four Saturday mornings, participants will sing and explore favorite songs like Do-Re-Mi, My Favorite Things, and The Sound of Music while building confidence, friendships, and musical skills that will last far beyond the summer.

Whether your child is new to singing or already loves to perform, SYV SINGS! Summer Saturdays is a wonderful opportunity to grow, learn, and make music together.

Program Details

Saturdays: July 11, 18, 25 & August 1
Time: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Location: Harvest United Methodist Church, Lakewood Ranch
Final Performance: August 1 at 11:00 AM for family and friends

Attendance at all four Saturdays is encouraged, but singers are welcome to participate even if they cannot attend every session.

Tuition & Registration

• $50per Saturday
• $160 for all 4 Saturdays
