We're grateful for the generosity of all those how give to Harvest, making mission & ministry possible.  Thank you!

We believe that God is the giver of all good gifts in our lives. The people of God  joyfully return a portion of that which God has blessed us with as a sign of our thankfulness, our trust that God will provide for our future, and our belief that God does more with our resources than we could do on our own. Harvest lifts up the power of giving to transform both giver and receiver alike.

IRA Giving

Congress renewed and made permanent the charitable IRA provision in the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act of 2015.  This provision allows people aged 70 1/2 or older to make direct charitable gifts from traditional and Roth IRAs to charities in a total amount up to $100,000.  These gifts are free from federal income taxation.  In addition, the income tax laws of most states also allow tax-free treatment for these gifts. For more information, check with your IRA administrator or your tax adviser.
